The invoice will be included in your package. Once you receive the invoice, you can easily pay via bank transfer.

The invoice payment option is available only for customers in Austria. New customers from Austria can pay by invoice up to an order value of €300. To select the invoice payment method, the date of birth must be provided during registration.
Payment via Prepayment*
For prepayment transactions, the order will be processed once the payment has been received. This payment method is unfortunately not available for our Swiss customers.

Payment methods

on the methods of payment at PERRO
Our invoices are due immediately and without deduction. Whether the customer's request regarding the payment method can be fulfilled depends on his creditworthiness. If the customer is a new customer or if return debit notes have occurred in the past, only payment in advance is possible.
PERRO GmbH reserves the right to change the method of paymentas well as the terms of delivery at any time without giving reasons . We reserve the right to make the delivery of the goods dependent on an advance payment . As soon as the bank transfer has been credited to our account, the order will be processed immediately. The delivery times stated apply from receipt of the money in our account.
The buyer is responsible for all bank charges (domestic & foreign) or transfer fees. In this case, the customer will receive information about this and has the option of accepting the change or cancelling the order.
The customer only has the right to offset or withhold payment if this has been legally established by a court or recognised in writing by PERRO GmbH. If the customer defaults on payment, PERRO GmbH is entitled to stop all deliveries to the customer, including those from other contractual relationships.
No liability is accepted for any damage arising from this. In the event of a deterioration in the customer's financial circumstances in such a way that there are doubts about the customer's ability to pay, PERRO GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract or to withhold its deliveries and services.
The customer can then be given a reasonable period of time to make an advance payment or provide collateral . If payment is not made within this period, PERRO GmbH has the right to withdraw from the contract.
Should there be a return of the direct debit, we must charge processing costs.
