Deeply rooted in our homeland, nature, people and animals that shape this habitat and fill it with life are a matter close to our hearts. In order to meet our high quality standards, we mainly use raw materials from the region in all our premium products. The resulting short transport routes are an important contribution to active climate protection. In addition, we try to work according to the nose-to-tail principle as far as possible in order to process all usable parts of an animal. Because using only the finest and best parts of an animal slaughtered for food production is neither sustainable nor respectful.
