The Applaws Multipack Fish in Jelly contains 12 delicious 70 g tins: 4x tuna fillet, 4x tuna fillet with salmon and 4x tuna fillet with seaweed.

The supplementary food for cats is rich in natural ingredients such as omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and comes completely without additives. The wet food is an ideal and particularly tasty addition to a complete food (dry food) and thus provides variety on the menu.

Adult

At 9-12 months a cat - depending on the breed - is fully grown. Smaller breeds are usually mature earlier than their larger counterparts. Dietary and activity requirements change as the cat becomes an adult. The diet no longer needs to be as high in calories as it is for a kitten, and depending on whether the cat is an outdoor or indoor cat, adequate activity should be provided to keep the cat mentally and physically fit.

This product is suitable for all cats, regardless of their body size.

Light

Tiere, die zu Übergewicht neigen, sollten mit einem sogenannten Light-Produkt ernährt werden. Lightprodukte weisen in der Regel niedrige Fett- und Kaloriengehalte auf, sowie einen erhöhten Ballaststoffanteil. Die Ballaststoffe sorgen für ein schnelleres Sättigungsgefühl und so für einfachere Gewichtskontrolle.

Unverträglichkeiten

Bei einer Unverträglichkeit - oder Intoleranz genannt - können bestimmte Lebensmittel nicht oder nur eingeschränkt im Darm verdaut oder abgebaut werden. Durchfall kann hier z.B. die Folge sein. Die Intoleranz wird fälschlicherweise oft mit einer Allergie verwechselt, die eine Reaktion des Immunsystems auf bestimmte Eiweiße darstellt und sich oft in Hautreaktionen wie z.B. Juckreiz oder Ohrenentzündung zeigt.

Hoher Fleischanteil

Ein hoher Fleischanteil ist für viele Tierhalter ein Qualitäskriterium für gutes Futter. Es ist jedoch nicht nur die Menge und Qualität des verarbeiteten Fleisches ausschlaggebend, sondern vor allem eine bedarfsdeckende Rezeptur für bestimmte Lebensphasen oder Anforderungen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Ernährungswissenschaftlern werden auf Basis dieses Wissens optimal verträgliche Futtermittel für Hunde und Katzen hergestellt.

Ergänzungsfuttermittel

Ergänzungsfuttermittel sind laut Futtermittelverordnung Mischfutter mit mindestens zwei Komponenten. Sie werden zusätzlich zu einem Alleinfuttermittel verabreicht und weisen oft einen erhöhten Anteil an Vitaminen, Mineralstoffen oder Spurenelementen auf. Eine alleinige Fütterung wäre nicht bedarfsdeckend.
