As an addition to dry food, it makes it much tastier and juicier. Poor eaters are thus motivated to eat.
Like all Applaws supplementary foods, Taste Toppers are made from all-natural ingredients with no additives.
The mix box contains 3 delicious varieties:
- Chicken with carrots, courgettes and chickpeas
- Beef with chicken breast, carrots, green beans and lentils
- Lamb with chicken breast, pumpkin, sweet potato and peas
All 3 varieties are refined with vegetable jelly . This makes the food stick better to the dry food croquettes and the dog cannot sort it out so easily.
Chicken is a very lean meat and very digestible. Carrots contain important vitamins or a precursor of vitamin As - beta carotene. This is known to have a positive effect on the animal's eyes. Courgettes contain vitamin c and potassium, among other things, and are particularly low in calories. Chickpeas provide the necessary fibre that supports healthy digestion.
Beef is a red meat and contains a lot of iron. Green beans contain vitamin C as well as healthy plant fibres for a regular bowel function. Lentils are considered a real superfood because they contain a lot of protein, as well as fibre and iron.
Lamb is not only a very well-tolerated type of meat, it also contains a variety of vitamins and trace elements. Pumpkin is packed with essential nutrients and fibre for regular bowel function. Sweet potatoes, which are not related to normal potatoes, contain vitamins A, C and additional fibre. Peas are high in vegetable protein, magnesium, potassium and even calcium for healthy bone development.
