Gelatine lubricates the joints and thus keeps them healthy for a long time. It has a similar amino acid pattern to joint cartilage and supplies it with the amino acids it needs to build up. The resilience of cartilage, ligaments and tendons improves as small damages to them can be repaired more easily. It helps the dog maintain the balance of the tissues and promotes blood circulation to the cells. Joints, skin, fur and claws are regenerated and connective tissue is strengthened. According to the latest veterinary studies, even the daily feeding of 20 g gelatine effectively prevents joint diseases. It also alleviates existing complaints - supporting diseases such as HD and ED, for example.
Gelatine also has a positive effect on skin and coat. If taken regularly, the hair diameter is increased and the hair density increases again. If the hair is too thin and brittle, regular supplementation with gelatine is recommended. The coat becomes thicker, stronger and more beautiful.
Chewing supports dental care, strengthens the gums and chewing muscles and cares for the teeth.
The best thing about it - it has only 2.1% fat. So you can also give it to dogs with weight problems with a clear conscience.
