The Ruffwear Polar Trex™ paw boots have been specially developed for the colder seasons. They protect your four-legged friend's paws from road salt, snow and ice - so you can walk or hike with your dog in winter with peace of mind.
The high-quality softshell upper material of the dog boots is breathable , weather-resistant and water-repellent. The high boot shaft provides additional protection even in deep snow. Softshell insulates and warms the dog's paws. The special profile of the Vibram Icetrek sole offers the dog a secure grip even on slippery surfaces.
The Velcro fastener, which sits on the narrowest part of the foot, ensures an optimum fit and also makes the shoes easy to put on and take off. To protect the Velcro fastener from ice formation, for example, a gaiter with a zip is slipped over it.
Reflective elements provide additional safety when the dog is out and about in poor visibility conditions.
The shoe is available in Obsidian Black with a blue sole.
Sizing tips:
It is best to place the dog on a piece of paper. If you want to measure the left foot, for example, please lift the right leg to put weight on the foot. Then mark the paw on the right and left side at its widest point on the sheet of paper. You can then easily measure the width! Be sure to measure the dog's front and back paws, as the front paws often need to be 1 size larger.
