Years of scientific research, in collaboration with the Faculty of Animal Nutrition of the University of Naples Federico II, made it possible for Farmina Veterinary Research to develop a nutritional system modelled on the nature of our four-legged family members: Natural & Delicious Low Ancestral Grain. The nutritional system for carnivores consists of 60 % high-quality raw materials of animal origin, a little ancient grain (spelt and oats) and is produced without genetic engineering.
N&D Ancestral Grain features a low glycaemic index that allows for a gradual release of energy throughout the day. The dog food is preserved with natural antioxidants from tocopherol-rich extracts and packed in a protective atmosphere. The dry food is rich in high quality food. Thanks to the cold-infusion technology, the valuable vitamins are effective for longer.
The dry food N&D Low Ancestral Grain - Starter Puppy Chicken & Pomegranate was specially developed for puppies for weaning. At 2 months, the Puppy Medium Maxi for large breeds and the Puppy Mini for small breeds should be fed as a follow-up food. The basis of this dog food is Italian free-range chicken and herring. In combination with the ancient grains spelt and oats and valuable fruit and vegetables, the dog food is not only very tasty, it is also very well tolerated. The pomegranate supports the immune system and provides natural potassium, iron and B vitamins. Natural chondroitin and glucosamine from chicken cartilage ensure healthy joints, tendons and cartilage.
