Dietary complete food for cats- to support the liver
The new Farmina "Vet Life Natural Diet" line is a natural nutritional solution for the well-being of cats. It is revolutionary as it is the first all-natural diet. The diet line has been created in collaboration with the Faculty of Animal Nutrition of the University of Naples - with nature as the guiding principle of the Farmina philosophy.
Vet Life veterinary diets are adapted to the physiology of cats and have the following characteristics:
- Use of exclusively natural antioxidants (extracts containing tocopherol)
- no genetically modified ingredients
- No cereals in many varieties
- selected recipes with original cereals (spelt and oats)
- low glycaemic index - gentle regulation of blood sugar levels
- packed under a protective atmosphere
- Respect as a principle of our scientific research
Farmina Vetlife Hepatic Cat Adult dry food
has been developed for cats with chronic liver disease. It has high-quality proteins, a medium protein content and a high content of essential fatty acids as well as easily digestible carbohydrates.
The excellent quality of the ingredients as well as the good digestibility of the food ensure better absorption and optimal utilisation of the nutrients. The copper content is low to limit toxic effects on liver cells. Hepatic zinc contrasts with copper deposits and has an antifibrotic effect.
Cellular oxidative stress is reduced by the special multivitamin and antioxidant complex. The highly digestible ingredients counteract pathologically induced anorexia.

Adult
At 9-12 months a cat - depending on the breed - is fully grown. Smaller breeds are usually mature earlier than their larger counterparts. Dietary and activity requirements change as the cat becomes an adult. The diet no longer needs to be as high in calories as it is for a kitten, and depending on whether the cat is an outdoor or indoor cat, adequate activity should be provided to keep the cat mentally and physically fit.
All body sizes
This product is suitable for all cats, regardless of their body size.
