Our Energy Mix is particularly popular with robins, blackbirds, starlings, all tit species and of course all other garden birds. Especially in cold weather, it is important to provide our native birds with enough energy reserves to get them through the winter. However, the fat food can be fed all year round, whenever an extra portion of energy is needed. The energy mix is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
