FINNERO BETULA Birch Balm is a natural remedy to support the healing of small cuts, scratches, abrasions or insect bites on humans and animals. Birch balm is said to have an anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effect. The ointment can also be used as a paw ointment for cracked and dry pads. It also reduces the formation of snowballs between the paws in winter.
This 100% natural birch balm is made in Finland and contains no resin, only 30% birch oil and 70% Vaseline.
How to use the product:
Apply a thin layer directly to the affected area and cover with a protective bandage or dog boot if necessary. Reapply 1-3 times a day as required Continue application for as long as necessary.
Notes on safe use:
- The product is only suitable for external use and is safe for humans and animals in the recommended dosage.
- The animal should be prevented from licking. Although the balm is non-toxic, mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as mild diarrhoea may occur after ingestion of large quantities.
- The balm does not taste good - and that is a good thing! It suppresses the desire to lick the balm in most animals.
