This feather-light yet extremely reliable life jacket is indispensable if you are planning boating, stand-up paddling or other activities in and around the water with your water-loving four-legged friend. It can also be optimally used for rehabilitation after injuries for targeted swim training.
The Life Savior ECO is a further development of the already well-known Hurtta life jacket, but it is even lighter, even more flexible and gives the dog the best possible freedom of movement with optimum buoyancy! It can be adaptedeven more precisely to the dog's build and perfectly balances its weight in the water without restricting walking on land or swimming movements in the water. In contrast to its predecessor, the size can now be adjusted even more precisely in the chest area, so that the waistcoat fits both dogs with a strong and slim build.
Thanks to the innovative design, putting on and taking off the buoyancy aid is effortless. Velcro fasteners and click buckles ensure a secure fit. The handle is so sturdy that you can pull the dog up to help it back into the boat , for example. A leash can be attached to an O-ring on the handle to secure the dog against drifting. The waist coat meets all safety requirements for buoyancy aids according to EN ISO 12402-5:2006. In addition, both the inner lining and the outer material are certified as harmless and free of harmful substances according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
Reflectors and highly visible colours(Buckthorn/Sanddorn and Peacock/Turquoise) optimise visibility.
Like all products from the ECO line, the Life Savior waistcoat is made from 80-100% recycled material - which saves our resources!
Can I wash the life jacket?
The life jacket should only be hand washed. It is not suitable for tumble drying and must not be bleached or ironed. However, the material is quick-drying in the air.
Tips for proper recycling:
- Cardboard and plastic from the packaging should always be disposed of in the designated container.
- If you no longer need the waistcoat, simply give it to a doggy friend.
- Let your creativity run free and use the elastic band of the packaging as a hair tie, for example.
- With a little skill, you can turn old products into great new products.
- Use the waistcoat as long as possible and repair it rather than dispose of it immediately. Of course, only as long as is safe!
