Icelandic fish cod skin is fine dried fish skin from 100% cod. The gentle drying process preserves many important nutrients, especially valuable essential fatty acids (Omega 3). The dried fish skin is particularly suitable as a healthy snack for in-between meals and is also very popular with fussy dogs. Cod skin is particularly low in fat and high in protein.

With fish on the menu, the dog is well supplied with vital amino acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially the valuable omega-3. Omega-3 fatty acids strengthen the heart of the four-legged friend, lower blood fat and have an anti-inflammatory effect. They can help with allergies, arthritis, skin problems or heart disease.
Fish also contain a lot of natural iodine, which is essential for very active dogs. Due to the low connective tissue content, fish is particularly easy to digest and therefore also ideal for sensitive, older or sick dogs.
