After operations (e.g. castration or sterilisation) or in case of wounds, it is important to protect the operated or wounded area from licking and dirt. The OP-Body can also be used to prevent licking of irritated skin.
The soft, stretchy leakage protection, which can be adjusted by Velcro and drawstring, prevents the cat from getting directly to its surgical suture. This speeds up the healing process considerably. The wound can heal well under the cat body, as it is particularly breathable.
The surgical bodysuit for cats is designed in such a way that going to the toilet is possible even when the cat is wearing the bodysuit.
The body made of cotton and spandex can be machine washed at 60 degrees and thus remains hygienically clean.
The leak protection for cats is available in 2 sizes. To determine the right size for your cat, please measure the back length starting at the shoulders to the base of the tail.
Important note:
Never leave your pet unattended after surgery. Please check the wound regularly and contact your vet if there is any redness or swelling.
Despite the OP Body, the cat can reach the wound with some skill. If you cannot supervise the cat, use an additional collar.
