Certain digestive enzymes are required in the body for proper digestion. These enzymes break down food components and make them digestible. They are responsible for the digestion of proteins as well as fats and carbohydrates.
Sometimes the body's own enzyme production is not sufficient to ensure proper digestion . In this case, supplementation with Perro Plant Enzymes can be useful.
The enzymes are mainly produced in the pancreas . In the event of an insufficiency, the nutrients cannot be broken down and absorbed by the intestines. In older dogs, after operations or when taking certain medications, it may also be necessary to support digestion with additional enzymes so that food can be metabolised more efficiently.
Perro Plant Enzyme is based on natural plant enzymes from pineapple, kiwi, papaya and mango. The fennel seeds also have a calming effect on the stomach and intestines and even have antispasmodic properties.
